This offset smoker is setup as a reverse flow unit with a cooking chamber that measures 36”W x 24” D. The firebox measures 24” x 24” and is partially insulated with an optional grill on top. Fabricated from 1/4 mild steel plate.
Wire mesh door gasket
There are 3 cooking grates that are cut from 3/16” plate and measure 32”W x 23” D.
Fire box has a fire management cradle and a pullout ash tray. This unit also has our off-road package on it.
Ball valve air intake and grease drain.
Stainless steel cool touch coil handles, hinges/cooking chamber handles and 36” shelving unit on front.
