Our 3022-36″ Vertical Smoker, built from 3/16″ smooth plate, is great for cooking a large amount of meat within a small footprint. The 3022-36 comes standard with three cooking grates (measuring 29″ x 21″). That’s a total of 1827 sq inches of low and slow smoking surface.
The 3022-36 also comes standard with the following:
