Return Policy

At Blue Collar Products, we take pride in building quality products that are made to last. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind our workmanship.

Custom-Built Products

Because most of our products are built to order, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once fabrication has begun.

Stock Items

Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
