Our 3022-48 Vertical Direct Smoker, built from 3/16″ smooth plate, is great for cooking a large amount of meat within a small footprint. The 3022-48 comes standard with four cooking grates (measuring 29″ x 21″) and two sausage hangers. That’s a total of 2436 sq inches of low and slow smoking surface.
